Financial Information

At your first visit, after your exam, you and Dr. Colker will discuss your needs and desires and together develop your personalized dental healthcare plan. We will work with you to plan and schedule your treatment, determine your insurance benefits and help you make financial arrangements before beginning any treatment.

We are happy to bill both primary and secondary insurances as a courtesy for our patients. It must be understood that each patient is ultimately responsible for the cost of services rendered. We will do our best to estimate accurate insurance coverage and patient portions due; however, if the insurance company does not pay the full amount anticipated, the patient is responsible for the difference. Payment would be expected within 30 days of receiving a statement.

The patient portion due for services rendered is expected at the time of service unless previous arrangements have been made with the office manager. For your convenience we accept personal checks, cash, Mastercard®, Visa®, American Express®, and Discover®.

We have financing options available through Care Credit. Financing using Care Credit 1 year is interest free.  Longer than 1 year involves interest payments.

If you are interested in learning more about CareCredit, please consult with our office manager before your scheduled treatment.

  • If you have a dental benefit plan to assist you in paying for treatment and will provide us with all the information necessary to file your claims, we will gladly complete the forms for you and accept assignment of benefits from your carrier. This way, the amount due from you at your visit can be reduced by the amount you hope to receive from your dental benefit company for up to 60 days.

Dr. Colker participates in a number of insurance plan Preferred Provider Networks (PPO's) for your convenience. Ask us if your insurance is on the PPO's Network list.
